What are the shipping times?
In Italy, delivery normally takes place within 1-2 working days after shipment via DHL courier. Deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are excluded. In Europe, delivery times may vary from 2 to 7 days.
Is there a warranty? Can I return a damaged product?
Yes, once our customer service has verified that the product is indeed defective, the customer is entitled to receive a refund or a free product exchange.
Can I exchange a product?
If a product you have chosen is not right and you want to change the size or replace it with another product, you can do so within 10 working days of the delivery date. When I make a return, which courier should I use?
Since the return is at your expense, you are free to choose whichever courier you prefer. Please note that Mancino Accessori is not responsible for any theft or loss during the return shipment.
